Information Security Policy
Ricksoft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") is committed to "contributing to the enhancement of customer value and the development of society by making the best use of our technology, knowledge, and expertise. Our management philosophy is to "contribute to our customers' value enhancement and the development of society by demonstrating our technology, knowledge, and expertise to the best of our ability.
We recognize the importance of information security measures as one of our management issues to improve the value of our customers. We declare that we will live up to our customers' high level of trust by establishing, implementing, and maintaining an information security policy for the information assets that support the foundation of our business.
- Purpose of Information Security
- We have established this policy to safely protect and manage the information entrusted to us by our customers in the course of our business. By flexibly responding to changes in security conditions requested by our customers, we aim to shorten the time required for contract procedures and to maintain and continue our superiority.
- Basic Statement
- Our business objectives are to protect all information related to our business activities and to develop and implement appropriate management measures to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Compliance
- We will comply with laws, regulations, and other codes related to information security, as well as contractual security obligations.
- Risk Assessment
- We will identify appropriate risk assessment methods and implement risk management appropriate to the level of each information asset.
- Employee Responsibilities and Obligations
- Our employees are responsible for raising information security awareness among all employees engaged in our business operations, ensuring that they are aware of the appropriate use of information assets, and providing the necessary education and training on a regular basis. Employees are defined as those who are directly or indirectly engaged in our business and have access to our information assets (e.g., directors, employees, part-time employees, contractors, and employees of subcontractors).
- Emergency Response
- We will ensure business continuity by minimizing business interruption due to disasters, serious accidents, and other emergencies to the greatest extent possible.
- Penalties
- Our employees will act in accordance with this policy. Violations will be subject to punishment in accordance with the Employee Employment Regulations.
- Internal Audit
- Our information security compliance is regularly audited to ensure continuous improvement.
- Personal Information Protection
- We will manage personal information in accordance with relevant legal requirements, if applicable.
- Management Review
- Our management will review this policy periodically or as the need arises. In addition, when changes to this policy occur, the Company will conduct a review of the regulations and procedures, and when changes are necessary.
