Notes (as of October 2019)

User account provisioning is available in Jira Products, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Group Synchronization is currently only available in Jira products and Confluence, but not in Bitbucket.
Some Atlassian products have a cap on the total number of supported users, so only a maximum of 5,000 users can be synchronized per external directory. If the number of users in an external directory exceeds 5,000, the identity provider can still be linked, but will stop synchronizing new users after 5,000.
